Applying for Energy Assistance:

Include a copy of your utility bill along with your completed application.

An application MUST be signed to be considered complete. By following the link provided below you can use your mouse to electronically sign your application.

If you do not have an open case for benefits, you will need to provide 30 days proof of income for everyone who lives under the same roof along with your energy application.

Completing an application does NOT guarantee payment of benefits. Your eligibility MUST be determined before any payment is made.
